Developed an Oil Predictive Maintenance Program that reports on about 1500 pieces of equipment monthly. This program uses both ISO Cleanliness Testing and Wear Particle Analysis technologies, Representative to the Automotive Industrial Roundtable on Automotive Vibration Specifications and have qualified a large machine tool transfer line using vibration specifications. 1991 and 1993 - 2002 Chairman and Founder of the Heart of Illinois Chapter of the Vibration Institute. Invented the "Lube Cart" (patent pending Caterpillar Inc.) a tool for repairing and performing preventive maintenance on automatic lubrication systems, which won the American Institute of Plant Engineers (AIPE) 1990 FAME AWARD OF MERIT. Developed a computer based Preventive Maintenance Program for Lubrication and Hydraulic Systems.
